Georgia, now known as Bear, is a 5 - 6 years old female, cinnamon colored, Chow-Chow. She arrived in our home in late October, 2009 and promptly set to work teaching our male german shepherd who was boss (she succeeded!). After a few weeks of strutting her stuff, she has settled in comfortably. We were pleasantly surprised by her obedience training and have had no problems taking her anywhere. She has a need to "kill" all her stuffed animals and then abandons them. Needless to say, I keep a large supply of spare squeakers to bring them back to life. She loves to go on walks, especially in the woods; and her favorite thing to do is chase armadillos and collect burrs. We would like to thank the people at CARE for nursing her back to health, which made it possible for us to adopt her.
