Information Regarding Serving on C.A.R.E.'s Board
C.A.R.E. is in need of some dedicated members to help us continue our mission of helping animals. Board members are integral in helping to shape the direction, operations and policies of C.A.R.E. Please consider offering your knowledge, expertise and ideas by becoming a board member.Terms are for two (2) years. The Board is comprised of minimum of six (6) members, including four (4) officers.
Officer Positions:
- President: Oversees the board affairs and presides over the meetings.
- Vice President: Assists the President and acts as President in his/her absence.
- Secretary: Keeps the meeting minutes and records of the organization.
- Treasurer: Care and custody of the monies belonging to CARE. including paying bills, making deposits, communicating with the accountants and presenting financial reports at the meetings.

Meetings are held the 4th Monday of each month at 6:00 pm.
