Chipper
Chipper is the most adorable little guy. He was brought here from another rescue shelter on 6/7/2022. He was found south of Ruskin and was being fed by people who live in the RV parks in that area. Since his arrival we have observed that he is very shy at first but warms up quickly. He is very gentle and is not a barker.
He loves nothing better than a very nice belly rub. He walks very nicely on a leash. He has the most adorable eyes. Since he was previously roaming freely, he did not get the necessary medical attention. We are taking good care of him now and are bringing him up to date with all the necessary treatment. Since he has tested positive for heartworm he is also being treated for that. Since his arrival at the shelter he has also been neutered. He would be a perfect companion for someone who will appreciate his gentle nature.
