Francis

Francis is a very energetic Border Collie.  He came to our shelter with his brother, Francis.
His previous owner has assumed additional work responsibilities and could no longer provide the attention that Francis needs.
He is very friendly and happy to be running and playing in our exercise yards.
He is fully vaccinated, neutered and eager to go to a loving home.
