Mango

In 2020, I decided I wanted to visit C.A.R.E. shelter for my birthday to look and play with the kittens. We were originally looking at a different kitten, but when we came back a second time we noticed a larger kitten in the room that we hadn’t even seen the first time. He was very shy and hid under a cat tree, but when my dad sat down he came over and laid across his lap! We knew right then that we had to adopt him.  We took him home he was a little scared, hiding under furniture. He was so tiny and his ears were so big! Fast forward 4 years, and Mango is the sweetest and most tolerant cat I’ve ever known. He loves to sleep on his back and to chase lizards on the back porch.
